3Medium Zucchini
½Cup Onion – chopped fine
½ Cup Bacon Bits (Real Bacon)
1Tsp Garlic Salt
3Cups Shredded cheese – divided (I use Mexican Blend)
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Quarter squash lengthwise then slice into 1/4” thick “moons”
In mixing bowl by hand stir up squash, bacon, onion seasoning and 2 cups cheese. Spray 9” X 3” round baking dish with Pam. Put mix in baking dish and top with remaining cup of cheese.
Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.LOW CARB RECIPES???? Fast %26amp; easy food on the go????
Go to the library and check out some low carb recipe books,or do a google search,you will find tons and tons of super quick low carb recipes..
precut/and prewashed vegetables like salad in a bag
and precooked meats,like deli slices,leftover chicken breast,or a hard cooked egg, are fast in a hurry meals
canned tuna,or slices of cheese and a piece of fruit or veggie slices,or one of those low carb meal replacement shakes or bars.
