poisson en paupiette it means fish in paper i think lol

you just need a white, firm and flat flesh fish like halibut

maybe onions, carrots, celery, whatever, and rosemary and white wine

put the vegetables and herbs in a parchment paper then the fish on top of the vegetables put salt and pepper on the fish and the white wine.seal the parchment paper bake then eat.

if this doesnt make much sense you can find a recipe online like it.
not too sure what kind of food u want but here is a nice quick and easy rice noodle salad.

dried rice noodles- put in boiling water to cook, drain and put in a big bowl

in a fry pan add some finely sliced green onions, grated giner, sesame oil, fish sauce (not too much cause it is pretty salty) sesame seeds, crushed garlic, chili if you want it. cook it until fragrant. add sauce to noodles. finely slice up some red capsicum and some shredded cooked chicken, finely sliced mint and coriander. mix it all together and taste. you can change it to however you like it. if you want more chilli or green onions whatever.

you can leave out the chicken and use it as a side dish to fish. i recently cooked red curry spiced fish and ate it with the noodles. its just red curry paste and enough coconut cream to make the curry paste a bit lighter and easier to spread. so id say for one piece of fish- 1 tbsp of curry paste and half tbsp of coconut cream. spread on fish and pan fry. serve with wedges of lime. soooooo good!
Bakes Beef Enchiladas.

Take whole grain tortillas, lean ground beef or turkey....salsa and chili powder. Cook beef, place in tortilla, cover with salsa and chili powder...roll into burritos shape. Place several of these in a 9x13 pan. Spray lightly with canola oil...top with a little shredded cheese and bake until crispy on the outside.
