Is it easy to make recipes,so how can food be judged in a cokking competition?

No there are lots of folks that do the circuit full time.


Many jest submit hundreds of recipies and then, if chosen, work on perfecting it. Think of your passion, then put it in the framwork of being on a restaurant menu, then go from there. Look at how olive garden makes up cute italian sounding names for their unique dishes. Do this but don't get too cute. avoid the things that have already been done. Don't submit a bacon cheeseburger!!
