boil some spaghetti or any pasta
fry some ground meat, slowly, and drain fat. add tomato sauce or paste, spices like oregano, thyme, rosemary, anise, black pepper, (red if you like hot) boil out the water from tomato until it is not soupy (unless soupy spaghetti is what you like ;) !!)
top with cheese. freshly grated parmesan if you have it or any cheese you like!
well, this one is easy and really good. pound chicken breasts until they are tender and somewhat flattened. crush pretzels in a zip lock bag. coat the chicken in egg then coat with the pretzel. bake in an oven at 400 for maybe 20 to 25 minutes. meantime, melt cheddar and sharp cheeze together on the stove top with some milk. make sure it is thick cheese though. not watery. then just cut up some dill pickles and onions if you like it. when chicken is done, put a few spoonfuls of cheese on the chicken, sprinkle a little pickle on the chicken, and you're done.
