Any good/easy dog food recipes?

I would to make some snacks for my 12-years old doggie (pomeranian), any idea? He has weak teeth so I don't prefer hard dog biscuits.Any good/easy dog food recipes?
My dog loves rice meals (you can buy the boxes at the store or make original style rice and pour meat fat on it) also peanut butter or chicken meat bits work well as natural treats. Hope this helps.

I have a recipe for liver cake but (this is going to sound stupid) I don't know if its hard... here it is:


Liver cake

Ingredients


~500 gms liver (pureed or chopped very fine)


~1 cup flour


~1 cup corn (maize) meal


~garlic chopped or powdered (optional)


Method


~Mix together to form a batter. Spread on a greased sheet or cake pan. Bake at 180 degC for approx 20 mins or until brown. Cut into squares. Can be frozen.
