shrimp

just steam them in the shell until they turn pink then chill and serve with cocktail sauce

chicken

stuff with a halved onion, some rosemary, garlic and a lemon cut in half. lightly oil the breast and season with salt and pepper.

roast at 450 for 50-60 minutes or until juices from thigh run clear. let rest for 15 minutes then carve. use leftovers on salad.
My dear, why in the world are you asking here rather than surfing the Food Network's website. They have thousands of recipes many of which are easy. They rate their recipies so you know what's easy and what's not.

Go forth and surf

Get multi colored pasta. It's for different flavors. Boil it. Get some chicken breast and cut into small pieces. Cook them on the stove. Once they are white all over.... pour italian dressing all into the pan. Cook a while longer.

Serve.

Another thing is just get some hamburger meat... make some patties and cook them in a skillet. Once they are done... poke holes in them with a fork, and put a can of mushroom soup in. SOOOOO good.

BOTH EASY.

Takes less than 15 minutes for both, maybe 20-25 the first time.
u need to see what rachel Ray does for food yum-o
Recipezaar.com they have a section for 3 or five ingredients plus a whole lot more
This is one of my favorites and I also diet a lot. Romaine lettuce, dried cranberries, sliced apples(I use both green and Fiji), sliced almonds and blue cheese. This is a delicious salad and it will curve your sweet tooth.
