thankss! xEasy quick food recipes for teens to make?
My 5 children used to love an english muffin toasted with melted cheese and pepperoni or when I got some S%26amp;W canned White Beans, put some on buttered toast and salt%26amp;pepper,you might think it doesn't sound like much but OMG,YUMMY! Try mixing a little sugar and room temperature cream cheese (You can even warm some for a few seconds in a microwave safe bowl removed from it's foil wrapper til it's spreading consistency) until it tastes good to you like frosting, smear some on store bought sugar cookies and put any kind of fruit you like on it,even a mix of fruits and you have mini fruity cheese cakes. My kids took buttered toast and peanut butter and jam and called them ';Gourmet P%26amp;J'; 'cause it's so much better with butter. We used to chop and mix a variety of fruits and have a fruit salad or mix it into yogurt or ice cream, add a little milk,a little sugar or honey and blend in a blender for a delicious fruit smoothie. I hope this helped.Easy quick food recipes for teens to make?

1 cup cooked pasta

1/4 cup chopped cooked turkey

1/4 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese

Layer pasta, turkey and cheese in small microwave dish. Microwave, covered on High for 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese is melted. Stir and serve. Makes one serving.

BBQ Chicken

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 40 minutes

Ingredients:

1 tsp. oil

3 lbs. chicken pieces

kosher salt and black pepper

16 oz. barbecue sauce

16 oz. orange soda

Preparation:

Preheat an electric skillet to 275 degrees F. Add oil.

Season chicken on both sides with salt and pepper. When oil is hot, add chicken to the skillet. Brown for 2 minutes on the first side. Flip.

Add the barbecue sauce and orange soda.

Cook, basting occasionally, 35-40 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
Pasta is great for being quick and easy...I like tossing Oil-packed tuna (drained) and sweetcorn with pasta, drizzling olive oil on it and seasoning with salt and black pepper..And that's it! Delicious, especally while still warm.

And how about buying pizza bases, then you can toss whatever topping you like on them and bung them in the oven for a while...

Sandwhiches are great too, when you make them nicely. I like tuna melts-fresh bread with tuna and grated mozzerella, then microwaved so that cheese melts...yum!

Fruit salad is great and full of vitamins and antioxidants: just throw any fruits you like together (oranges, apples ad bananas with apricot yoghurt all over is yummy, as well as a mix of berries with vanilla ice cream).

Smoothies are sooo easy, nutritious and yummy. Bung a packet of frozen strawberries in a blender, with 2 chopped bananas, vanilla yoghurt and a spoonful of sugar and blend...

you can make a pizza bagel. i make them all the time they are so good. you need a half a bagel tomato sauce and shredded mozzarella cheese. put the tomato sauce on the half bagel the put some cheese on top then put it in the oven and when you see the cheese melting take it out and you can eat it. you can also make a salad tomatoes cucumbers onions. or a fruit salad. maybe a smoothie.
my favorite meal is pasta bake... its really easy to make, just get a packet of pasta and a jar of sause and then fill a large pan with enough pasta for your meal and hot water to cover it, and boil it for about 10 mins until soft then add the sauce and bake it for 20 - 25 mins. The best thing about this is if you make too much and you cant eat it all you can put it in the fride for later. you can also put some cheese on top before you put it into the oven.

or

Baked potato, put it in the microwave for about 7 mins then cut it in half and cook again for another 2-3 until its ready you can put anything on it, cheese, tuna, beans anything you like I think its a really easy thing to make..

you could also try looking online for some recipe websites for some more ideas x
get some bread put it in the microwave to warm it up , making sure it does not go to brown just soft enough to put some butter or marg spread any one of those slice the tomatoes in round shape put some cheese than tomatoes on top than pineapple and than some onion and pinch of salt and some pepper, than put it back in the microwave in the grill . and there you have nice sani.

good luck i hope you like it .

enjoy
how about some homemade potato wedges. wash potatoes and cut into wedges. Pour in 2 tbsp of oil and season with salt and pepper. You could add some paprika if you want or add in some garlic or thyme. Put on a baking tray and bake in a pre-heated oven for 25 minutes or until the wedges are cooked through. Serve with beans or salad. I make this a lot because it's fast and really easy to make. Good luck!

Pasta %26amp; Cheese....

Stick a few handfuls of pasta in a pan of boiling water, generally only takes about 8-10mins to cook them.

Drain %26amp; serve onto a plate, grate some cheese over it.

Chinese Egg Fried Rice

1) Cook some rice like you normally would... either boil it for 15-20mins, or stick it in the microwave for 2mins if using one of them Uncle Ben's express rice pouches.

2) when it's nearly done, stick a pan of cooking oil on the hob to heat up.

3) break a couple of eggs into small jug or a cup, beat it up with a fork, put it to one side 'til you need it.

4) add a few optional extras to the pan of oil (e.g. ripped up slices of ham + maybe some sliced up peppers).

5) empty the rice in with it, and keep stirring, otherwise it'll burn.

6) Pour the egg in over the rice + optional extras, and keep on stirring it in until the egg's starting to solidify / dry out.... ya can also add a small drop of soya sauce + some roasted cashew nuts at this stage if you wish .

7) serve it.

JD's special lazy rice dinner

1) Cook some rice in one pan, optionally add in a few handfuls of frozen mixed veg / peas, etc.

2) In another pan, stick of tin of something to heat up... e.g. usually something like ';Fray Bentos Meatballs'; (previously campbell's, but rebranded), ';Princes Stewed Steak';, ';Princes Steak %26amp; Kidney';, ';Princes Beef Stroganoff';.

3) Serve the rice onto a plate, make a crater in the middle of it

4) tip the contents of the pan of meat in the middle of the crater.

JD's Special lazy potato dinner

1) stick on a pan of frozen mixed veg in boiling water

2) slap some meat under the grill, e.g. chicken breast / chicken leg / lamb chop / steak / pork chop, etc... or use one of the tins of Princes meat mentioned in the previous recipe... or even swap it for a shop bought meat pie or cornish pasty (just stick it in the microwave for about 45-60secs)

3) make some sort of potato.. usually eiter SMASH instant mashed potato, frozen mashed potato by the AUNT BESSIE's brand, or either Oven chips or Microchips.

4) stick it all on a plate

5) if feeling like splashing out, mix up some BISTO instant gravy granules, and maybe an Aunt Bessie's brand yorkshire pudding (not the batters, the ready made ones in bags of 12 that cook in the oven or under the grill in about 4-5mins) and stick that on the plate too.
