Get 2 slices of bread and lay them on the counter. Go the larder and get out the peanut butter. Open the jar and spread some on one slice of the bread, making sure that you have a nice even layer that goes all the way to the edges of the bread. Go to the fridge and get out the strawberry preserves. Open the jar and spread some on the second slice of bread and like the peanut butter, you want a nice smooth layer all over. Now put the preserves back in the fridge, the peanut butter back in the larder and twist tie up the bread bag so that the bread stays fresh. Go back to the counter and put the 2 slices of bread together so that the peanut butter is in direct contact with the preserves and vice versa, and lay it on a napkin. Get yerself some chips or crisps, dependi9ng on if yer %26lt;======= over here or over there ========%26gt;, pour yerself a Pepsi and have your way with the lot of it.
Chicken stroganoff........my personal fav (i dont cook it though :D)

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Cook Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:

2 Tablespoons all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon ground sage

1 teaspoon dried thyme, crushed

Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into 1-1/2-inch chunks

2 Tablespoons olive oil

1 Tablespoon butter

1/2 cup minced sweet onions

2 cloves garlic, pressed

8 ounces white mushrooms, sliced

1 teaspoon kosher salt

1/2 cup white wine

1 cup chicken broth

1/2 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup sour cream

1 Tablespoon chopped chives for garnish

Preparation:

In a large bowl, combine flour, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper. Add chicken thigh pieces and toss to coat.

Heat a large, heavy, deep-sided skillet over medium heat. When hot, add olive oil and swirl to coat the bottom of the pan. Add chicken thigh pieces in a single layer and cook until lightly browned. Place browned chicken in a bowl and set aside.

In the same pan, melt butter in the pan drippings. Add minced sweet onions, garlic, and mushrooms. Toss to coat, then sprinkle with 1 teaspoon kosher salt to help mushrooms release their liquid. Saute over low heat until vegetables are lightly browned.

Deglaze pan with white wine and stir, scraping bits from the bottom. Cook about 2 minutes to boil off the alcohol. Add chicken broth and simmer about 5 minutes. Return chicken to the skillet and add heavy cream. Simmer another 10 minutes or until sauce is thickened.

Remove from heat and stir in sour cream. Serve chicken stroganoff over buttered and parsleyed noodles or rice pilaf and garnish with chives.

Yield: 4 to 6 servings

[from online cookbook :P]
two slices of bread, 2 pieces of cheddar cheese and 2 pieces of ham (or favorite lunchmeat). put between two slices of bread, butter the outside and cook in medium hot frypan till lightly brown on both sides. or....

boil some pasta according to package directions, top with some bottled heated pasta sauce and sprinkle with parmessan cheese. grab a packaged salad and your favorite salad dressing and voila, a feast!
It depends on what you have. There are a lot of recipes that don't require much effort and you don't need an oven to make. It all just depends on the ingredients you already have.
What about a grilled cheddar/swiss cheese sandwich with bacon and tomatoes on sour dough bread?

Make a cheeseburger with grilled onions.

Omelets are great or a fried egg sandwich.
Try this. Supreme cup noodles beef flavor with Century Tuna Hot and Spicy. If the hot water is real hot try adding an egg. yum yum.
Depends on if you want a meal type or just snack. Hot wing chicken dip is good and easy to make for a snack in the microwave.
