Easy Authentic Incan Food Recipes?

I was wondering if anyone knows any easy authentic food dishes made by the Incas? %26gt;.%26lt;

I also made another thread asking about dehydrated potatoes yesterday, I wanted to know how to make dehydrated potatoes without it turning black overnight?

Earlier, I tried making dehydrated potatoes by using sliced potatoes and salt. Did I need to put water on it?

My results on the potatoes overnight were that they turned brown... %26gt;.%26lt;

So, I have to go to sleep soon, ut I will check back tommorow morning.

Thanks. :DEasy Authentic Incan Food Recipes?

of course you have to put them on the watter if you leave pealed potatoes with no water they turned black
Yes, the key to making something dehydrated is by putting water on it....

Do you need help knowing when to breathe? Just curious.
The problem with dehydrating (drying out) potatoes is that you have to soak them in a sulfite solution for a little while to keep them from turning brown or black as they dry.

the nut above me doesn't understand the difference between dehydrating - drying and rehydrating - moistening!
