Indian/Paki Easy Food Recipes?

Okay so my boyfriend is Paki and im mexican, i want to know some indian recipes that easy and really good.. i want to impress him for christmas.. :)

Good luck with this. I rather enjoy Indo-Pak cuisine, down here in Houston, and have been looking for some classes. My best suggestion is to look in the ethnic foods section of your upper-scale grocery store (Flagship, Signature, etc) or check with an Indo-Pak grocery and look at the jar-sauces they have. See if you recognize anything. I've had zero success trying to cook from scratch, but with these sauces, I do a PASSABLE job. Also, most folks in the grocery stores are more than happy to share ideas and tips.
