So, I am 20 y/o and live on my own. I would like to know if there are any good recipes out there that don't take that much to make and aren't hard to make and are healthy. I would like ideas mainly for dinner but snacks would be really nice as well. I would love to start eating a little healthy and would love everyones help and ideas!Easy Food Recipe Ideas?
My husband and I have apples and string-cheese for snacks. They go great together, and you can even get the cheese in low-fat if you'd like it even healthier.

boneless skinless chicken breasts sauteed in pineapple juice(high heat and it does get smokey but the flavor is GREAT) not too much from a can of pineapple. add some cumin minced garlic rosemary chicken seasoning, whatever you like.... basil dont forget the olive oil!!!!
serve with the pineapple as a side, you can sautee it as well(just enough to heat) or serve cold, great with just buttered pasta with parmesan cheese.
the taste is amazing and sounds healthy to me
I eat a lot of pre-prepared food. Frozen food has gotten much healthier lately and there are some especially good brands. The Kashi meals are fabulous. Amy's (all organic %26amp; vegitarian) are also very good. I also like Healthy Choice and Lean Cuisine but they tend to be less filling so those are generally paired with salads. All of those brands are low in fat and sodium and are generally 400 calories or less.
marinate chicken breast w/ dijon grey poupon wish bone italian dressing %26amp; chardonay white wine even parts of each.
You can bbq it or broil it.
